Kruje
Located north of Tirana, Kruje is famous for being the hometown of Albanian national hero Gjergj Skanderbeg. Known as the “Adriatic Balcony” by locals, the rugged mountain overlooking the city is home to the majestic Kruje Castle. Today, it has an interesting museum. Having a drink in one of its many bars and restaurants as the sun goes down is a lovely way to spend the evening.
Saranda
